5/14             Finish your essay outlines for the final exam.

Thursday
5/15            Finish preparing for the final exam and work on your writing selection sheets. Get your short story in this week if you're ready to be finished with the semester.

Friday
5/16            Work on the second draft of your short story and your writing portfolio. Both are due on Tuesday, May 20.

5/5             Work on the first draft of your short story, due Thursday.

Tuesday
5/6             Continue working on the first draft of your short story.Write up your analysis of Higgins/Eliza's point of view in the final scene of the play. Be sure to discuss, in-depth, what each wants from the other, how s/he sees the situation, what each misses, where each is wrong or right, etc. Write down at least three quotations that represent these views.

Wednesday
5/7            Work on the first draft of your short story and reflect on the three Eliza quotations on page 80, 83, and 86. See the link for details.

Thursday
5/8            Finish reading and annotating (underlining and writing notes) on the Shaw essay on the ending of Pygmalion. Work on your short story and finish your IR.

Friday
5/9            Finish the first draft of your short story, due Monday. Choose a new IR book

5/1            Read to page 55 of Pygmalion. Read carefully so that you are prepared for a reading quiz tomorrow.

Friday
5/2            Read in your IR book. Be prepared to take at least one IR test by Friday May, 9th. Finish SNT: He was so egotistical, insane, nerdy. Due Monday.
